Cigarette smell lingering despite air freshener!!! Burn holes in blankets indicate a lack of proper cleaning!!! Weak water pressure in the bathroom creates a frustrating experience!!!

The bed was comfortable during the stay.

I was frustrated by the lack of lightbulbs in the room. It made the space gloomy and uninviting. Additionally, the faulty key cards were a constant hassle, forcing me to repeatedly seek assistance from staff.

i almost thought this place could be decent, but the room was devoid of lightbulbs and oddly dark. also, a welcomed iron would’ve been grewt since i need to look my best. instead, i was left to figure out faulty key cards. couldn't they just roll out the red carpet for someone like me?

great spot for exploring parks and local eats

I was pleasantly surprised by how close this place was to a few great parks, including restoration park and kiroli park, which were perfect for a weekend stroll. plus, there were plenty of dining options like chick-fil-a and five guys just a short walk away, making our stay very convenient and enjoyable.

The hotel surprised us with its great location! We were thrilled to find various shops and restaurants within walking distance, making our stay convenient and enjoyable.

However, the room was quite small, and there was an issue with the water pressure in the shower, which made for a less than ideal bathing experience.

we stayed in a queen room for 8 nights and were pleasantly surprised. the bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the reasonable price for our extended stay. it exceeded our expectations compared to past visits in west monroe, especially with the room's cleanliness and the mini-fridge feature for our beverages.

the queen room had nice amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV with cable, a refrigerator, and a microwave. shower was good, and the free toiletries helped save space in my luggage. it was super clean, and the location was perfect for walking to gas stations and restaurants. really enjoyed my 8-night stay here!
